Verification standards
Organizations submit proof of identity for an authorized representative and supporting documents such as business registration, professional licensure, or nonprofit determination letters. Listings display the level achieved: unverified, identity verified, or identity and documents verified.
What verification does not mean
Verification confirms identity and submitted documents only. Christian.com does not endorse or guarantee any organization's beliefs, conduct, services, or outcomes.
Reporting a listing
Any listing can be reported for inaccurate claims, expired credentials, or misconduct. Reports are reviewed by the platform administration team and can result in badge removal or delisting.
Accessibility
The platform targets WCAG 2.2 AA: semantic landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus states, and color contrast that holds at all breakpoints.
Terms and privacy
The full terms of service and privacy policy are published and linked in the footer; each carries an explicit attorney-review notice. Personal data submitted through the concierge is used to match requests to providers and is not sold.
Charitable giving
Donations are made directly to the receiving organization. Christian.com does not hold, process, or distribute charitable funds on behalf of nonprofits.
