1. Our role
Christian.com operates an introduction marketplace. When a member submits a service request, our matching engine scores providers on category fit, location, verification, ratings, availability, budget, and project size, and shares the request with the selected providers.
Any resulting engagement — scope, price, schedule, warranty, insurance, and payment — is a contract between the member and the provider. We are not a party to it, do not supervise the work, and do not guarantee outcomes.
2. Buyer obligations
Describe your need accurately, respond to matched providers in good faith, and do not use the marketplace to collect competitive intelligence or to solicit unrelated business. Verify licensing, insurance, and references before engaging any provider.
3. Provider obligations
Maintain accurate capabilities, service areas, licensing, and insurance. Respond to matches within the response window shown in your dashboard. Do not misuse buyer contact details, add them to marketing lists without consent, or share them outside your organization.
Leads and premium leads are sold as introductions only. We do not guarantee that a lead will convert, and lead fees are not contingent on the outcome of the engagement.
4. Paid placement and advertising
Featured listings, sponsored categories, promoted events, and promoted jobs are clearly labeled wherever they appear. Paid placement affects position and prominence only; it never changes a verification badge, a rating, review visibility, or the result set of a filtered search.
5. Wave Professional Services
Technology opportunities routed to Wave Professional Services are handled by [WAVE LEGAL ENTITY]. A consultation deposit reserves discovery time and is applied against a subsequent statement of work when one is executed. Deliverables, intellectual property, and payment schedules are governed by that statement of work, not by these terms.
6. Fees and taxes

7. Disputes between users
