The Christian.com Concierge is an AI assistant. It is identified as such at the start of every conversation. It does not provide pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, medical, legal, financial, or crisis services, and it does not speak on behalf of any church, denomination, or listed organization.
How recommendations are produced
The Concierge answers using structured tools that query our own database. Organizations, events, jobs, and resources it names are records that exist on the platform, and each recommendation links to the underlying profile so you can verify it. The model is not permitted to invent organizations, contact details, credentials, prices, or verification status.
Recommendation order reflects fit, verification status, ratings, and availability. Paid placement never causes an organization to be recommended when it does not match the stated need, and paid results are labeled.
Safety behavior
When a conversation indicates risk of self-harm, harm to others, abuse, or another emergency, the Concierge stops the ordinary recommendation flow and returns crisis resources, and may route the conversation to a human. It maintains denominational neutrality and declines requests to adjudicate doctrine.
What is stored
Messages, tool results, intent classification, feedback, escalations, and cost and usage metrics are stored so we can review safety, measure quality, resolve disputes, and follow up on requests you asked us to create. Signed-in conversations are linked to your account; signed-out conversations are linked to an anonymous session identifier. Do not paste passwords, financial account numbers, or health records into the chat.

Accuracy and human review
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Confirm anything important — licensing, pricing, availability, doctrine, safeguarding — directly with the organization before you rely on it. Every conversation offers feedback controls and a path to reach a person, and any request the Concierge creates on your behalf is shown to you before it is submitted.
