Strictly necessary
Authentication tokens are stored in your browser so you stay signed in and so protected pages can verify your session. Removing them signs you out. These cannot be disabled while you are using an account.
Preferences
Local storage holds recent searches, saved filters, favorites for signed-out visitors, and your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit.
Product analytics
We record first-party events — searches, listing views, contact clicks, conversions — against an anonymous session identifier, or your account id when signed in. These are used to measure the product, not to build advertising profiles, and they are never sold or shared with ad networks.
Payments
Our payment processor sets its own cookies on checkout surfaces for fraud prevention and to remember saved payment details. Those cookies are governed by the processor's own notice.
Your control
Use the banner shown on your first visit to accept or decline non-essential analytics; your choice is stored locally and can be changed from this page at any time. Browser settings can block or clear all storage, but doing so will sign you out and reset your preferences.
