Eligibility
You may review an organization only when the platform holds a record of a real connection to it: a lead, a service request match, a conversation, or an active membership. This eligibility check runs in the database, not in the browser, and cannot be bypassed by the interface.
Reviews are rate-limited per author per day to prevent brigading, and every submitted review enters a pending state before publication.
Content rules
A review must describe your own firsthand experience. Reviews are removed when they:
- Contain unlawful, hateful, sexual, or threatening content.
- Include private information about staff, clients, or third parties.
- Discuss doctrinal disagreement rather than the service actually received.
- Are written by a competitor, an employee, or anyone with an undisclosed conflict of interest.
- Were solicited with an incentive or written in exchange for consideration.
Ratings
Organization ratings are recalculated automatically from approved, non-deleted reviews. We do not adjust ratings on request, and paid placement never changes a rating or hides a review.
Responses and disputes
An authorized manager may publish one public response per review. Organizations may report a review that violates this policy; moderators evaluate the report against these rules and record the outcome. A review is not removed for being unfavorable.
