Memberships and subscriptions
Cancel at any time from Billing & membership or the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period and then lapses; we do not prorate partial periods unless required by law.

Featured listings and promoted placements
Placements begin on the scheduled start date and are non-refundable once impressions have been delivered. If a placement cannot run because of a platform fault, we extend the flight or issue a credit equal to the undelivered portion.
Event tickets and registrations
Tickets are sold by the event organizer, and the organizer's stated refund terms apply. Cancellation and rescheduling requests go to the organizer first. Where an organizer fails to honor its published terms, contact us and we will review the case.
Verification fees
Verification fees pay for the review itself and are non-refundable once a reviewer has begun work, including when the outcome is a denial. A fee is refunded when we cancel a review before it starts or charge in error.
Premium leads
Leads are refundable when the contact details are invalid, the request is a duplicate of one already purchased, or the request is confirmed fraudulent. Report a disputed lead within [LEAD DISPUTE WINDOW] of delivery.
Wave consultation deposits
Deposits are refundable up to [DEPOSIT CANCELLATION WINDOW] before the scheduled consultation. After that point the deposit is retained and applied to a future consultation or an executed statement of work.
How to request a refund
