Worship Director

Grace Chapel

Grace Chapel is looking for a Worship Director to plan and lead two Sunday services, shepherd our volunteer musicians, and work with the teaching team on the shape of each gathering. You will inherit a healthy team and a congregation that sings.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead two Sunday services and seasonal gatherings
  • Recruit, schedule and develop volunteer musicians and tech
  • Meet weekly with the teaching team on service planning
  • Manage the worship and production budget

Qualifications

  • Three or more years leading congregational worship
  • Proficient on guitar or keys, and comfortable leading from either
  • Experience developing volunteers
