Residential Project Manager

Cedar & Sons builds and renovates homes across the Charlotte area. Our project managers own the schedule, the subcontractors and the client relationship on four to six jobs at a time.
Responsibilities
- Build and hold project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and inspections
- Keep clients informed weekly
- Manage change orders and budgets
Qualifications
- Five years in residential construction
- Experience managing subcontractors
- North Carolina driver's licence
