Program Director

Cornerstone Youth

Greensboro, NC

Cornerstone Youth serves students across Greensboro through mentoring, after-school clubs and a summer camp. The Program Director owns the calendar, the volunteer leaders and the outcomes we report to our supporters.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run the yearly program calendar
  • Recruit, train and screen volunteer mentors
  • Track attendance and outcomes for supporter reports
  • Lead the summer camp week

Qualifications

  • Experience in youth ministry or youth development
  • Comfortable managing volunteers and budgets
  • Valid driver's licence
